Hi again, I have today purchased something which I have wanted to get my mits on for a while, and on first impression, I am really glad I did :). Its that good, that I noticed a difference instantly and I actually think I love it...Its the new Garnier BB cream.
Now, if you've read my previous posts you might have noticed I talk about acne treatments alot. Well I've watched many a video on BB creams, mainly from Asia, and I have been interested to try them for ages, so I was quite exited when I saw a brand showcasing their new BB cream in my local Boots and Superdrug.
I generally don't get on well with most Garnier products, with the exception of their suncare/tanning range and their under eye roll on pen, but this was a really pleasant surprise. It claims on the packaging to be a 5 in 1 miracle cream, and although its marketing is not specifically geared up to grab us spotty, acne prone skin types in the UK, in the Far East, thats its main client base. It has a moisturiser, wrinkle smoothing, blemish diffusing, mineral foundation AND sun block properties.....so ..HAD to have it!!
I chose the medium shade (light and medium are the only two currenly available).The texture is light and creamy, I guess you can apply it with your fingers, but I put it on the back of my hand and chose a Real Techniques buffing brush to work it into my face. It was lovely to work with and looked really pretty on my skin. I did not feel any sensitivity or any feelings that it might disagree with me, and on finished application I applied some concealer and bronzer. It looked beautiful, pores smoother, fine lines blurred, pretty much what it said on the tin (aka packaging ;)).
So ladies, big thumbs up so far from me. Its in the skincare aisle at your local pharmacy. BUY IT!!!! xxxx
